Information you choose to share

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your request and provide support. Please leave passwords, API keys, payment details and private screenplay material out of a support message unless that material is necessary and you choose to share it.

Information from visiting the site

Our hosting and email providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services. Website logs can include your IP address, requested pages, visit time, browser information and referring page. We use available hosting reports to understand traffic and diagnose problems. GoDaddy also adds a performance-monitoring script to served pages. We do not add advertising pixels or third-party audience-tracking scripts to this website.

Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files, which shares connection information such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy. Videos and tutorial images are served from our website; playing them does not require an account with a video-sharing service.

Launch emails and purchases

Launch mailing-list registration and payment checkout are not active on this website yet. Browsing the site does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Before registration opens, we will update this policy to identify the mailing provider, the information collected, and how to unsubscribe. Before purchases open, we will explain the checkout and license-activation services.

Who receives information

GoDaddy provides our website hosting. Our email services and service providers process information needed to deliver support and operate the website. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse and protect our services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep support correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain service records, or meet legal obligations. Hosting providers apply their own operational and security-log retention. You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have supplied. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law or necessary for security.

Browser privacy signals

We do not track your activity across unrelated websites for advertising. The website does not alter its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, including when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

External sites and app features

Links to Google, Poetic PiXie and other services open sites with their own privacy practices. This website policy is not a substitute for the privacy information accompanying the Attascript app. Optional Gemini features in the app involve separate requests to Google using your API keys; merely viewing this website does not send your writing to Gemini.

We will post an updated effective date when this policy changes. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated directly to affected people.
